VISUAL STORYTELLING
PURPOSE
Connecting with people is effortless with powerful stories as they appeal to the higher consciousness of people thus leaving them with a meaningful experience
INNOVATION
Unlike the traditional way of showcasing our products using screen recordings or live demos, our team at Accenture came up with an innovative way of persona-centric stories, that's when I devised a way of visual storytelling. I designed 35+ such video stories using multiple tools for client workshops and demos at Accenture. These videos include one or more personas, pain points, product capabilities, and key KPIs that the assets address.
PROCESS
I collaborate with clients, product owners, and developers and understand the asset capabilities end to end. After identifying hypothetical personas and creating experience maps I design seamless yet impactful stories covering key capabilities of the assets.

One such story is published on the SAP's official website. This work was our entry for SAP Partner Week 2020

Accenture's Leading with CX is a global offering that can be leveraged by Utility Industry clients to enhance their B2B and B2C customer experience by understanding the situation of their customers, hearing their feedback, and addressing their needs. This solution is a unique amalgamation of multiple SAP cloud solutions along with Accenture-built assets.
